My work is inspired by the patterns I observe in nature. Having grown up on a small farm in northwestern Connecticut, I’ve found that being in and close to the natural world grounds me. I use pattern in nature, micro and macro in scale, as inspiration. The meditative process of creating this repetitive imagery relates to the connected feeling of being in nature.

 I currently work as a designer for Tufenkian Artisan Carpets in NYC.
